Siren Strength Symposium- S3- Whitecourt

We are excited to announce the inaugural Siren Strength Symposium (S3), taking place in Whitecourt on January 24-25, 2025! This premier event is dedicated to enhancing the psychological health and well-being of first responders.
We have a fantastic lineup of speakers and engaging sessions, featuring representatives from Police, Fire & EMS agencies, as well as practitioners dedicated to first responder care. Topics will cover fitness, nutrition, daily resilience, and innovative approaches to mitigating occupational stress injuries. Each day will include an interactive panel session where attendees can ask questions and explore current challenges and opportunities.
