He is also a graduate of the Southwest Command College and the Arizona Regional Policing Institute. He has extensive experience instructing both law enforcement training sessions and at the University level in the area of management principles and customer service. \nWhite is a Leadership Development Instructor for the International Association of Chiefs of Police. In addition to his law enforcement experience\, he is a certified Fire Fighter. He has instructed on the topic of Emotional Survival for Law Enforcement and is an instructor on this topic with E-S Press\, Inc. He resides in Flagstaff\, Arizona. \n
